Solutions develops World-Class Customer
Call Center for Emzor.
Twelve Solutions,
foremost IT Company has deployed a world class customer center for
pharmaceutical
giant, Emzor. The state-of-the-art facility was officially opened on
March 1st at the corporate head office of Emzor in Lagos.
The centre offers customers and distributors 24 hours direct contact
with Emzor.

Director of Emzor, Dr Stella Okoli while making the first call to
distributors
of the company at the commissioning said the call center will serve
as an interface between the company and its numerous customers and was
one of the ways the company planned to satisfy its customers.
Managing Director, Twelve Solution, Laura Etukudoh said the new call
center would eliminate visits to the Emzor office and allow customers
and distributors to focus on more important issues. Call centers, she
noted was much more than phone calls and was an effective means for
an organization to communicate with its customers as it minimizes
expenses
and enhances its customer relations.
